Terms of Service

Last updated: February 16, 2026

1. Service Description

IELTS Speaking Scorer ("the Service") provides AI-powered IELTS Speaking practice and assessment. Users record spoken responses to IELTS-style prompts and receive band score estimates with detailed feedback across four criteria: Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical Range & Accuracy, Lexical Resource, and Pronunciation.

The Service is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP Education, Cambridge Assessment English, or any official IELTS testing body. Scores provided are estimates for practice purposes only and do not guarantee any official IELTS result.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account using Google OAuth or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Payment Terms

The Service offers one-time payment options for individual tests and test packages. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

Current pricing tiers include Diagnostic Mini, Full Test, Sprint Standard, and Sprint Max packages. Specific pricing is displayed on the pricing page.

4. Refund Policy

If scoring fails due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-attempt at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for completed and successfully scored tests.

5. User Content

By submitting audio recordings through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your recordings solely for the purpose of generating your assessment scores and feedback. We do not use your recordings for any other purpose, including training AI models, without your explicit consent.

You retain ownership of your audio recordings. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time by contacting us.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
